In Ayurveda, Damiana is considered a rasayana (immunity and longevity promoting) herb. It warms the body and uplifts ones mood to supports vitality, libido, digestion, and the nervous system.

1 tsp damiana leaves
1 tsp rose petals
½ tsp cinnamon chips
½ tsp lemon balm
Honey or a splash of milk (optional)
Mix all parts to 1 cup nearly boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes, then slowly sip and savor.
All Heart Tincture: Made with 1 part Damiana and 1 part Hawthorne berries, this tincture energetically supports an open heart and cardiovascular health. A few drops to 15 mL a day is all you need.
Precautions & Contraindications
Avoid Damiana if you’re nursing or pregnant, as it can pass to the baby and trigger uterine contractions. If you have diabetes, please consult with your physician prior to use.
